1. Timeframe:

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Condition of Items:

• Items must be brand new with tags and unworn.

• ltems should be returned in the same condition as received.

• Personalized or custom items cannot be returned.

3. How to Return:

1. Contact us via email or our website with your order number.

2. Pack the item securely and send it back to the address we provide

4. Refunds & Store Credit:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, you can choose:

• Refund to your original payment method, or

• Store credit equal to the purchase price, redeemable on any VintageXI purchase.

• Refunds or store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.

• Store credit codes are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

5. Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we’ve sent the wrong product.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items:
